Lots Of Typewriters Under the Tree

Here's a small sample of typewriters sold this week.

You don't see many Tab O Matics around.
This Sears Achiever sold yesterday.
A lucky young lady is going to fall in love with this beauty in the morning.
Another present under the tree.
Same for this one too.

Are You Smarter Than A 10th Grader...From 1929

I like typing on this style machine with the keys laid out like a fan.

This is a nice view of the back

I really like this art deco style handle and plate on the case.

The Mother of All Index Typewriters

This machine comes in a beautiful case.

You can still find these in good condition.

It is strange to figure out the letter positioning on the index.
Please click play to watch a 1 minute video of me typing on the Mignon.

I took a little time to learn the index arrangement.

The typing cylinders and index are easy to change.

All I can say about this one is - I want this!

I still like to type on 1960's Smith Corona's

How Low Can You Go

I wish I had taken a before picture of this machine.

This might be the lowest serial number I'll ever see.

This Quiet de Luxe will be under someones tree.

So will this Futura 800.

Same deal for this Olivetti Ventura.

This was for sale until my daughter fell in love with it.

A Rare Art Deco Typestyle

Who would have guessed this ordinary machine had a special type.

Serial No. P2359 was the lowest I had seen

Abraham checks out his Splendid 33.

My second typecasting machine is a Olympia Splendid.
