About this blog

This blog is about the daily activities in a busy typewriter shop. I want to share with you the many interesting people who come in here, the beautiful machines I get and most of all the great typewriter stories that people share with me!

Typewriter Roadshow goes To Portland

Just getting warmed up with the class.

I'm more comfortable with a hands on approach.

A Hammond I recently refurbished and a American Scientific
Class was held in the Portland Room which is the rare books room.

I'm showing someone how to fix their Lettera 35.

Showing how to adjust the escapement trip point.

This is supposed to be the first letter written by Samuel Clemens on his new Sholes and Glidden.

Calligraphy class by Abraham, standing room only.

                                                                     THE END

  7. For the secondary data, you need not always have a questionnarire as the data collecting tool. Try to get information from the websites of those companies, from the previous records of your company.
