About this blog

This blog is about the daily activities in a busy typewriter shop. I want to share with you the many interesting people who come in here, the beautiful machines I get and most of all the great typewriter stories that people share with me!

Year In Review-2016

Someone in the midwest found this Vogue Royal P under the tree.

This beautiful Remington 5 was also a Christmas gift.

I had great stock for Christmas gifts this year.

A local writer must have been very happy unwrapping this.

My poem about the shop by the Typewriter Rodeo.

Arthur Grau, Richard, me and Abraham at the TypeBar Type-In.

A family checking out typewriters in Belfast, Maine.

Met Tom the Typewriter Man in London in June.

This Smith Corona Sterling has special math symbols.

1930 Remington No. 3 with Yiddish keyboard.

Greek Olympia SM-7 was a Xmas present.

1928 red Royal P also found under the tree.

Half the machines sold were inexpensive ones like this Brother .

Lots of 8-12 year olds ended up with something like this Remington Envoy.

I had a few Royal Deluxes that went quick for the holidays.
Olympia SM-3 was one of the first holiday machines sold.
