About this blog

This blog is about the daily activities in a busy typewriter shop. I want to share with you the many interesting people who come in here, the beautiful machines I get and most of all the great typewriter stories that people share with me!

Back From My Hiatus and Reporting for Duty!

This 1961 Voss DeLuxe is a joy to type on!

This 1936 Corona Standard looks very spiffy!

It even has a turbo platen.

These first two stickers are on the same Remington No. 3.

This guy does it all!

This repair collaborative must have been very cool!

  2. Welcome back, Tom! Please show us the Ben Hogan machine. I'm wondering if it was used to write his "Five Lessons."

  3. It's always a pleasure to read your blog, Tom. I have a chromed Studio 44 -- it's a great way to bring out the interesting shapes of this machine.

  4. I am glad you're back! This is still my favorite typewriter blog to read. I will listen to the audio story later tonight. I wonder if Rachel is related to me...
